Relationships are harder now
Because conversations became texting, arguments became phone calls, feelings became subliminal messages online, sex became easy, the word “love” gets used out of context, insecurities have become your way of thinking, getting jealous became a habit, trust has been lost, cheating became an accident, leaving became the only option & being hurt became natural.

For all the things that I’ve done, even though I know I shouldn’t. The guilts. The discomfort, yet pleasure, that it temporarily brings upon my conscious mind and my exhausted body. While it’s the nature of human to either forgive or forget, I’m still very hesitant to do so. Maybe the occasional “whatever” will fix it for now. But the feeling of disappointment lingers on.

To me, if an ex is able to stay friends with you after a breakup, it tells you that when you guys were together, they actually liked you for you, and that being with you was just a way to get to know you better. They’re a keeper if they can look past the awkwardness of the fact you guys had a thing, and be friends just like before.

We use to talk everyday, we use to hangout every weekend if there was nothing to do. When I was down , you were always there for me. Now were just strangers, we don’t talk unlike those’s days. I miss those’s days when you told me you love me and how every time we talk you told me you missed me.
